Recipe: Cinnamon Sweet Potato Hummus

Made with Cinnamon Spice Almond Butter

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (15oz.) can Garbanzo Beans,
  • drained & rinsed
  • ½ cup Sweet Potato Puree
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon Spice Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until well combined.
  2. Adjust seasonings to your preference.
  3. Enjoy with veggies, crackers, etc.!
  4. Keep stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
